Tim is a variant on father time. He looks like this guy in Fleetwood mac, but without the long hair. His hair and beard are white. The beard length is short, about like in this picture. Other differences are that his vest wouldnÕt have the opening down the front, and his collared shirt would be buttoned. He also wears a biker hat, similar to the type worn by conductors on trains.
Symbolically, he plows his truck into Max the Pig in The City of Piety and delivers him to the City of Consumption.
