The Corpocracy is the all-powerful entity in The City of Consumption which depicts a complete blur between money and power. Its agents are everywhere. Think: Agent Smith from the Matrix -- The man from the Corpocracy is a stock character. The reputation and power of these men are similar to those wielded by the Thought Police in the book 1984.
Dolph Lundgren sorta has this look (so long as he has his shirt on): steely blue eyes, unflinching, blonde hair, butch haircut. Rutger Hauer also fits this description. Like all good office workers, the men definately wear a shirt and tie.
